Craig Ugland was born and raised in Rochester, MN, growing up on the corner of Elton Hills Drive & 11th Ave. and later near Sunset Terrace. Ugland attended Elton Hills Elementary and John Adams Junior High prior to graduating from John Marshall High School. He graduated from Dunwoody Institute and worked for a construction accounting firm in Minneapolis. Ugland was then a construction manager for a general contractor in Western Colorado before returning home to Rochester to raise a family. Ugland became a licensed Realtor in 2014.

This career path has helped Ugland become extremely familiar with all areas of the city, its neighborhoods, and its people.

Ugland and his wife, Aimee, their daughter Norah and dog, Chloe, live just 1 mile from the house Craig grew up in. They thoroughly enjoy their neighborhood, and its access to the great bike trails along the Elton Hills Run Park and West River Parkway, along with nearby parks and the Zumbro River.

“I am truly passionate about Rochester. I am proud of our heritage and our future.” says Ugland. “I loved growing up in Rochester and am blessed that my daughter can grow up here, too. What makes Rochester great is our community, and the selflessness of our leaders who want a great, growing and welcoming city. The City Council has lost its way recently, as their pet projects and gigantic pay raises as evidence. My first step will be to put focus back on the people and businesses of this great town.”
